We add value to our industry and the communities in which we work.Position Summary:We are seeking a Superintendent with proven expertise in cast in place segmental bridge construction to lead field execution on complex bridge projects. This role is critical to delivering safe, high quality, and on schedule work for segmental bridge systems, including balanced cantilever and span by span construction.Key Responsibilities:Lead day to day field operations for cast-in-place segmental bridge construction, including travelers, form systems, and segment poursExecute work plans for segmental sequencing, stressing operations, and geometry controlCoordinate closely with engineering, survey, and project management teams to maintain alignment, camber, and tolerancesOversee installation of post-tensioning systems, rebar, embeds, and formwork systems specific to segmental constructionManage concrete placement operations, including cycle times, curing, and quality control for segment poursEnsure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and governing standards (e.g., DOT, AASHTO)Identify and resolve field issues related to geometry control, segment alignment, and construction tolerancesDrive safety, productivity, and quality through proactive field leadership and planningQualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with direct experience in cast-in-place segmental bridge constructionStrong understanding of segmental construction methods (balanced cantilever, travelers, post-tensioning systems)Experience managing geometry control, survey coordination, and camber adjustmentsProven ability to lead crews and deliver complex bridge work safely and efficientlyAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and segmental shop drawingsStrong communication and leadership skillsWhat We're Looking For:A hands-on, self-perform leader who understands the complexity of segmental bridge construction and knows how to build the work not just manage it.
