The firm is known for its collaborative, business-focused approach and works with top asset managers, private equity and venture capital firms, Fortune 500 and FTSE companies, major sports leagues, and entertainment leaders.ResponsibilitiesSupport the upcoming 2L recruiting season, including gathering law school information and preparing interview materials (resumes, evaluation forms, office statistics, etc.)Serve as a liaison for students invited for call-back interviews and coordinate multiple in-office interview schedules dailyTrack candidate progress, feedback, and updates in applicant tracking systems (viRecruit, Flo Recruit, etc.)Prepare statistical reports and materials for Hiring Committee meetingsDraft response letters and maintain candidate recordsAssist with the Summer Associate Program, including event planning, maintaining RSVP lists, creating name tags, and tracking evaluationsCoordinate conference room bookings, schedule trainings, and prepare related materialsProvide general administrative support to the recruiting team and assist with projects for the lateral hiring group as neededQualifications0–2 years of relevant experience (legal recruiting or HR support preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with viRecruit or other applicant tracking systems a plusAbility to handle confidential information with discretionFlexibility to work overtime as neededJob detailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: TemporaryJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Legal ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Atlas Search by 2xGet notified about new Recruitment Consultant jobs in Boston, MA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
