Front End Web Developer (Part-Time)

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time IN HOUSE Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in web development and design, enjoys problem-solving, works independently and thrives in a collaborative environment with graphic design team. This role involves building and maintaining websites, ensuring seamless user experiences, and supporting our digital projects with both technical and creative input. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop, maintain, and update websites using WordPress and custom code. ● Write clean, efficient code in HTML, CSS, OFTs and JavaScript. ● Implement responsive and visually appealing web designs. ● Assist with SEO best practices, ensuring websites are optimized for search engines. ● Create and test HTML email templates that are mobile-friendly and deliverable across platforms. ● Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to deliver high-quality digital solutions. ● Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely project completion. Qualifications & Skills: ● Proficiency in WordPress (themes, plugins, customization). ● Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ● Basic understanding of SEO principles. ● Experience with email coding and cross-platform compatibility. ● Eye for web design and user experience. ● Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. ● A team player who is also resourceful and can work independently when needed.
