These core values and our participant-focus lead the way no matter what.The Executive Director is accountable for guiding operations to achieve key performance indicator goals set by the board of directors for the WelbeHealth program. Through effective oversight and leadership, the Executive Director ensures that the program delivers high-quality care to WelbeHealth participants and remains compliant with all applicable state and federal regulations. The Executive Director facilitates collaborative relationships across WelbeHealth and with stakeholders, and manages a high-functioning leadership team that successfully operationalizes WelbeHealth values, team culture, and mission.This role is different because the Executive Director at WelbeHealth:* Plays a key role in launching WelbeHealth's first center in New Jersey* Leads in a mission-driven organization focused on value-based careWe care about our team members. That's why we offer:Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days401K savings + matchComprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonusAnd additional benefits!On the day-to-day, you will:Manage direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring, ensuring that all staff are assigned duties based on their education, training, competencies, and job descriptions, as well as actively monitor team member engagement and support organizational health practices to ensure exceptional cultureParticipate in the quality assurance program for participant care and staff performancePartner with finance leadership to develop, maintain, and operate within a program budget, including hiring plans, to achieve operational goalsBuild strong relationships with key external stakeholders such as community service providers, regulators, legislators, and associations, as well as establishing and maintaining communication with Ambulatory Care Facility staff and services, support services and community resources, and participantsOversee the development of sound data collection methods and maintenance of secure and accurate medical recordsEnsure the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures, including participant rightsLead the planning and administration of the managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the Ambulatory Care FacilityJob requirements include:* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, social welfare, or gerontology, or relevant field experience in a managerial, administrative, or supervisor position in a health care facility* Each year of full-time, or full-time equivalent, administrative or supervisory experience or training in a healthcare facility may be substituted for each year of the degree requirement - four (4) years of such experience may be used to satisfy the degree requirementMinimum of five (5) years of experience developing and managing highly successful programs for vulnerable seniorsMinimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a health or social services program, with experience managing a senior care program preferredDemonstrated ability to mentor and develop other leaders and care team membersCurrent knowledge of chronic care, geriatric issues, and best practicesTrack record of driving initiatives that lead to improved patient experienceExperience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projectsWe are seeking an Executive Director that ideally has experience within a value-based care environment.
