Job Description SummaryImplement Medical Affairs plans, processes and policies and provide ongoing support to promote Company’s products, clinical trials on marketed products, product line extensions and products under development. Implement Medical Affairs plans for all activities related to Medical leads, Patients relations & Medical Engagement, Medical Training & capabilities and Medical Information & Communications. Job DescriptionCareer Stream Tasks• Implement Medical Affairs plans, processes, and policies to support the appropriate use and communication of Company’s products across commercial and medical functions• Lead and execute scientific and promotional review of commercial and medical materials (e.g., PRC/SRC), ensuring accuracy, balance, and compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines• Provide oversight and accountability for review committee processes (PRC/SRC), including material assessment, approval workflows, and documentation• Ensure timely development, review, and dissemination of medical and promotional materials, publications, and scientific communications in alignment with project timelines• Contribute to the development and interpretation of clinical and real-world data, translating findings into clear, compliant scientific communications for internal and external stakeholders• Act as a scientific expert and strategic partner to commercial teams, providing guidance on product data, messaging, and claims to ensure scientific rigor and alignment• Support Medical Affairs activities related to medical engagement, training, and capabilities, ensuring scientific accuracy and consistency of materials and messaging• Ensure all medical and promotional communications comply with labeling, regulatory, and internal compliance standards• Participate in medical information and communication activities, including responding to scientifically complex inquiries and supporting field teams• Contribute to continuous improvement of review processes, governance frameworks, and cross-functional ways of working Differentiator• Professional who applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and relevant work experience• Manages complex projects and owns key processes (e.g., PRC/SRC, publications, material review) with minimal supervision• Contributes to process design, optimization, and governance improvements• Work impacts own function and may influence cross-functional teams, especially commercial and marketing• Problems are complex and require specialized expertise, sound judgment, and independent decision-making• Represents a level where individuals may remain highly effective contributors for an extended period Management Responsibility• Individual contributor within a specialized discipline; people management responsibilities are uncommon• May review, guide, and validate work of junior team members or peers as needed Stakeholders• Influences stakeholders to adopt compliant, science-based approaches to promotional and medical activities• Prepares and delivers presentations to cross-functional teams, review committees, and leadership• Builds strong, trusted partnerships with Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and other internal stakeholders• Anticipates stakeholder needs and provides scientifically grounded solutions and guidance• Serves as a technical/scientific resource for line managers, field teams, and cross-functional partners Experience Level5–8 years relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Review, or related functions Education LevelRequired: Terminal degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP/DrNP, or equivalent)
