3PL Account Coordinator - Warehouse Operations

*Job Overview* We are looking for an experienced 3PL Account Coordinator to manage customer accounts and support daily warehouse operations. This position requires someone who understands the fast-paced 3PL environment, can communicate directly with customers, and can work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. Prior 3PL, warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is required. This is not a call-center or general customer service position. Responsibilities * Manage daily communication for assigned customer accounts * Process and monitor inbound and outbound orders * Coordinate with warehouse teams on receiving, picking, packing, and shipping * Follow orders from receipt through completion and shipment * Route customer orders according to retailer and customer requirements * Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other required shipping documentation * Schedule and coordinate carrier pickups * Monitor customer priorities, shipping dates, and deadlines * Research and resolve inventory, receiving, and shipping discrepancies * Communicate shortages, damages, delays, and other issues to customers * Prepare and review shipping labels and related documentation * Work within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to review inventory and order status * Handle multiple customer requests and priorities throughout the day * Follow up with warehouse personnel to ensure urgent orders and customer requests are completed * Maintain accurate records and provide customers with timely updates * Escalate operational issues when necessary Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience in a 3PL, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment * Experience managing customer accounts or coordinating warehouse orders * Experience with routing orders and creating BOLs * Experience using a WMS or similar warehouse/inventory system * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel * Knowledge of EDI, retailer routing requirements, ASNs, shipping documentation, and carrier scheduling is a plus What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their accounts and follows issues through to completion. The right candidate should be comfortable communicating directly with customers, working closely with warehouse operations, handling changing priorities, and resolving problems without needing constant direction.
