Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – PRN Pay: $40/hour Location: Salem, Oregon Schedule: PRN | Flexible Schedule Facility: Salem Transitional Care of Cascadia Healthcare At Salem Transitional Care of Cascadia Healthcare, we’re dedicated to helping residents regain independence, strength, and confidence through exceptional rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. What You’ll Do As a PTA, you’ll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain strength, confidence, and independence. Your day-to-day will include: Assisting residents with mobility, ambulation, and therapeutic exercises Implementing individualized therapy plans using manual techniques and assistive devices Monitoring and documenting patient progress Educating and motivating residents throughout their recovery journey Ensuring compliance with therapy protocols and safety standards Partnering with the therapy and nursing teams to support patient-centered outcomes Maintaining accurate records and timely documentation Staying current with best practices through continuing education What You Bring Active (or eligible) Oregon PTA License — we’ll cover licensing costs if you need it!
