Job DescriptionAttorney Professional Development and Recruiting CoordinatorThis role supports the full cycle of attorney recruiting and professional development. You'll coordinate key hiring activities, assist with onboarding, and manage attorney training and evaluation programs. The position also provides opportunities to contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and firmwide professional development efforts.What You'll DoPartner with recruiting leadership to implement hiring strategies and maintain candidate recordsSchedule interviews, manage due diligence checks, and support attorney onboardingOrganize orientation programs and provide ongoing support to new hiresAssist with planning and execution of summer associate and clerkship programsTrack attorney statistics and maintain relevant data for recruiting and development purposesManage continuing legal education (CLE/MCLE) requirements and complianceSupport attorney review and evaluation processes, including data collection and meeting coordinationContribute to attorney development initiatives, mentoring programs, and DE&I activitiesCoordinate professional development programming, trainings, and eventsMaintain accurate attorney records and respond to roster requestsWhat You'll NeedAt least 2 years of experience in attorney recruiting, professional development, or professional servicesBachelor's degree preferredKnowledge of MCLE requirements and experience with CLE management tools is a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and video conferencing platformsAttention to detail and follow-up skills in a fast-paced environmentInitiative, adaptability, and comfort working with multiple departmentsWhy ApplyThis position offers the chance to play a direct role in shaping attorney growth and success.
