Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect/Lead Location: San Diego, CA / RemoteDuration: Full timeJob Description:Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 4 years as a salesforce lead and/or architect supporting over 500 users on an enterprise levelSalesforce Certified Architect requiredStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices, functionalities, licensing, and limitations (when to use configuration versus code, governor limits).Experience with large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, etc.)Strong practical experience with VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, web services, triggers, and API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.Proficiency in one or more programming and scripting languages including Apex, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.Strong Service Oriented Architecture backgroundIntegration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Tibco, Dell Boomi, or MulesoftExperience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment conceptsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree.At least 4 years' experience in Agile, Scrum and WaterfallStrong organizational and interpersonal skills in large scale enterprise, matrix organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel, roughly 1 time per quarterDesirable:Prior experience with SOX audits around Salesforce desiredPrior programming experience with SQL and Oracle strongly desired.
