The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. *Responsibilities* - Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts - Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions - Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns - Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met - Utilize Clover POS system for order processing - Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures *Skills* - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management - Experience with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred - Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Knowledge of retail math principles for sales tracking and reporting - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Previous experience in the food industry is a plus - Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and leading a team, we invite you to apply for the Shift Leader position.
