🚨 Hiring: GhostDraft Developer / Technical Lead (Remote – US)We are looking for an experienced GhostDraft Developer / Technical Lead to join our team and help build enterprise-scale document generation solutions for the insurance industry.📍 Location: Remote (US – Onshore)💼 Experience: 8–10+ Years🔹 Key Responsibilities:✔ Design, develop, and configure smart document templates, forms, and workflows using GhostDraft Studio, Hub, and Data Workbench.✔ Integrate document solutions with core systems such as Guidewire and other Policy Administration Platforms.✔ Implement business rules and data mapping using XML and JSON to generate compliant customer communications.✔ Develop and execute test cases, troubleshoot issues, and optimize document automation processes.✔ Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective document solutions.✔ Provide technical leadership and best practices for GhostDraft implementations.🔹 Required Skills:✅ Strong hands-on experience with GhostDraft Hub, Studio, and Data Workbench.✅ Expertise in XML, JSON, document composition, and template development.✅ Experience integrating document generation platforms with enterprise applications.✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.✅ P&C Insurance domain experience is a plus.
