IC Construction is a company that provides concept-to-completion and competitive bid solutions while ensuring that every project is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Estimator will be responsible for providing detailed estimates for both plan and spec projects as well as conceptual estimating. Benefits: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off • 401K w/ company match • Short-term and long-term disability insurance • Life insurance • Bonus opportunities Job Duties: • Prepare estimates for sequencing tasks, obtaining materials, and securing the best value • Complete compliance processes to ensure consistency • Write proposals that include scope, as well as exclusions and clarifications • Research construction documents and analyze specifications • Determine the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects • Identify and review material and labor requirements • Ensure bid coverage is adequate for negotiated work as well as competitively bid work Job Requirements: • 6+ years of general construction estimating experience • High school diploma or GED required • Proven proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office products Ready to explore what IC Construction has to offer?
