Job Role: Java Engineer- Need Only W2 CandidatesLocation: Sunrise,FL requires localsMust have: Experience 4+ YearsSkills:CCaaS/CTI/CRM, IVA, IVR, Java, Microservices, Springboot,Kafka, AI/ML(Sarima/Prophet), Release Management(Maven/Git)Responsibilities1.8+ years of commercial software developmentexperience.Proficient in developing and hosting solutionsusing Java, Python in cloud platforms, preferably GCP.Design and implement scalable CCaaS and IVAsolutions leveraging leading Cloud and enterprise conversational AI / customerservice solutions including conversational IVR design, NLU/NLP modeling, intentand flow orchestration, webhook integrations, speech-to-text/text-to-speech.Architect secure, resilient cloud infrastructureon major cloud services provider using services such as GKE, Cloud Run, CloudFunctions, Pub/Sub, Apigee, and BigQuery, implementing IAM, VPC design,encryption, multi-region high availability, and Infrastructure as Code(Terraform) to support enterprise-grade customer experience platforms.Architect, implement, and optimize CCaaSsolutions, including ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skills-based routing,dialer, omnichannel capabilities, and campaign management, ensuring scalable,secure, and compliant contact center operations.Have experience in leading integrations andmigrations leveraging CCaaS APIs and telephony capabilities, including CRM/CTIintegrations, webhooks, SIP/WebRTC, security configuration, and transition fromlegacy contact center platforms to Cloud based solutions.Experience with Agile development, ContinuousIntegration, and Continuous Delivery, including working knowledge of varioustools in the CI/CD pipeline (using Maven, Salt, Git, Jenkins), DevOps andObservability.Experience in designing & developing API,services, Micro services-based architecture using frameworks like Spring Bootor Vertx.Hands on experience with Kafka, Relational,and/or NoSQL databases. Experiencein Architecture design and modeling should possess strong skills in designingand modeling complex systems and architectures. Understandingof data structures, algorithms, design patterns, web technologies (HTTP,Apache) and familiarity with Unix/Linux Strongunderstanding of cloud security architecture, Encryption and OAuth.
