Inside Sales - Equipment FinanceAltius Search Group is recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for one of our clients in the Equipment Finance Industry. This position will generate equipment finance opportunities throughout the United States. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative. We are looking for someone who is: Organized, ambitious, and professional; proficient in Salesforce; and has a proven track record of success, especially as a revenue generator.A proven sales professional with verifiable accomplishmentsIdentify and secure profitable transactions in the small-ticket equipment finance industryGenerate financing transactions from manufacturer partner relationships, dealers, current customer base, and other industry-related opportunitiesAn individual with a broad base of customer relationsConsistent record of new business origination and long-standing relationshipsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionA friendly, open, team-oriented individualAn individual who is very customer-sensitive and customer service-focused.2+ years of inside sales experience in the equipment finance industryUnderstanding of finance, accounting, and tax issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent work ethicPersistence & assertivenessOrganizational and computer skillsProven ability to establish and maintain new businessKnowledge of CRM software programsEnjoys working with a team in a collaborative environment
