Job Title: Contingent Workforce Program CoordinatorLocation: Hybrid - San Francisco, CA (preferred) or Seattle, WA (1-2 days onsite per week in office)Duration: Until Aug 2027Pay Rate: $75/hr on w2Client: AI Product & Research DomainAbout the role:We’re looking for a detail-oriented Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day contractor operations, including worker lifecycle events in VNDLY, onboarding/offboarding, data accuracy, vendor coordination, and program administration. You’ll partner closely with the CW Program Manager, People Services, IT, Finance, and staffing/payroll vendors.What you’ll do:Process contingent worker lifecycle events in VNDLY, including worker records, work orders, extensions, transfers, and profile updates.Manage VMS administration and coordinate contractor onboarding/offboarding, including access, equipment, badges, and manager communications.Support contractor onboarding sessions, materials, and logistics.Manage intake through the CW inbox, Jira, and Slack, resolving or routing requests within SLA.Support timesheets, billing, invoices, POs, and vendor payment issues.Reconcile worker data across VNDLY, Workday, and vendor systems and support monthly reporting.Maintain program documentation, Google Drive resources, forms, templates, and communications.Support vendor management by tracking metrics, QBRs, and action items.What we’re looking for:2+ years of experience in HR operations, staffing/recruiting operations, workforce operations, or program coordination.Experience with a VMS or HRIS such as VNDLY, Workday, Fieldglass, or Beeline preferred.Strong attention to detail, organization, judgment, and data accuracy.Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive requests.Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Slack.Interest in using automation and AI to improve operational processes.Contingent workforce or staffing industry experience is a plus.
