Job DescriptionGPAC is looking for an Inside Sales/Application Engineer. This position requires experience in the HVAC industry, specifically heating and cooling equipment. Job Summary - Inside Sales/ Application EngineerPositions near Plainview, New YorkApplication Engineer/ Inside Sales representing Industry leading plumbing & HVAC manufacturers. Working from our office, you will provide technical support to our customers, including system design, product selection, sizing, pricing and availability.Primary Responsibilities and DutiesAs a technical plumbing and HVAC product specialist, provide technical support to our clients daily. Requests come in via phone, Email, and Fax.Conduct presentations and trainings via webcast.Manage a portfolio of customers ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.Qualifications and SkillsExperience working in the plumbing or HVAC industry, especially with heating and cooling equipment.Must have strong communication skills.Must be proficient with Microsoft products.Must have strong organizational skillsMust be outgoing with a passion for winning.Must be a self- starter.2+ years' experienceProfessional plumbing/ HVAC contractors: Looking for a career change?
