We are seeking an LCSW, LMSW, LCPC to join our team! You will provide emotional support, assessment, and evaluation to clients in an outpatient, individualized, private practice setting.Responsibilities:Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal historyDevelop and execute individual treatment plansDetermine appropriate milestones to gauge client progressCommunicate client updates to all relevant partiesFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs as clinically indicatedMaintain accurate client documentationQualifications:Licensed in Maryland, with previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fieldsCompassionate and caring demeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong leadership qualitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
