About the RoleWe are seeking a polished and service-driven Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role is central to delivering an exceptional first and last impression and requires a natural hospitality instinct, composure under pressure, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful member experiences.What You Will Do:Member & Guest ExperienceGreet all members and guests warmly and by name wherever possible, creating a personalized and seamless arrival experienceManage member check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiencyAnticipate member needs and proactively offer assistance, information, and service recommendationsHandle member inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindsetCommunicate club programming, amenities, and offerings clearly and enthusiasticallyReservations & OperationsManage reservations for spa treatments, padel courts, dining, and member eventsAccurately maintain member records and update profiles in the club management systemCoordinate with all departments to fulfill member requests and ensure smooth service deliveryMonitor lobby and reception areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a polished presentation at all timesProcess payments, manage member accounts, and handle cash and card transactions accuratelyCommunication & CoordinationServe as the central hub of communication between departments during shiftsAnswer all incoming calls, texts, and digital communications promptly and professionallyRelay information to relevant teams and follow up to ensure requests are fulfilledAssist with preparation and execution of member events and club programmingRequirements1 to 3 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience in a luxury hotel, private club, or high-end retail environmentWarm, professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with reservation management systems and Microsoft Office or Google SuiteGenuine passion for member experience and service excellenceFlexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
