POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and other building systems. RESPONSBILITIES: Troubleshoot, inspect and identify production equipment or machines in need of repair Plan annual maintenance work, per the building’s blueprints or equipment manual’s recommendations, or as needed Responsible for all general building non-appliance related maintenance, such as: repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors, and other building fixtures Clean and assist with the upkeep of the facilities Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance Light welding on occasion QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent 1+ Years maintenance repair experience Ability to use hand tools and power tools Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and climb up/down a ladder Previous welding experience Proficiency in electrical skills Proficiency in reading blueprints Excellent organizational and time management experience OUR EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION: Market competitive benefits package, including company-sponsored health coverage, life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid paternal leave and paid time off Work in a collaborative environment with passionate and innovative teammates $75 annual bonus applied toward mandatory steel toe boots Solve is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination or harassment of any kind.
