The Brand Ambassador will represent THREE’s mission and products by engaging potential customers through digital channels, social media, and virtual events. Day-to-day tasks include sharing product knowledge, answering basic customer questions, and guiding interested individuals toward appropriate wellness solutions. The role involves creating authentic connections, increasing brand awareness, and encouraging community engagement through purposeful storytelling and consistent communication. The Brand Ambassador will collaborate with the broader team to provide feedback from customers and help refine outreach strategies.Qualifications Strong Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills, with the ability to authentically represent THREE’s purpose and products.Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills, including clear, professional written and verbal communication in virtual settings.Customer Service experience, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and solution-oriented support.Comfort with remote work tools, social media platforms, and basic digital marketing practices.Self-motivated, reliable, and organized, with the ability to manage part-time hours independently.Prior experience in wellness, health, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus.Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards when sharing product information.
