Service Advisor

Role DescriptionThis role involves a leader who can assist in managing technicians, dispatching service tickets, managing work flow, assisting in loading the shop, assisting in customer retention, assisting in day-to-day operations, and assisting in growing both customer-pay and warranty repair order counts. I need a person who is well verse in both customer service, as well as automotive knowledge.
