About the Role: Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Python Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, developing backend services, implementing REST APIs, working with databases, and using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing application performance, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code. Develop backend services and integrate RESTful APIs. Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Design, manage, and optimize databases using SQL and PostgreSQL.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities. Use Git for version control and collaborative development. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other team members. Follow software development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.2–5 years of experience in Python development. Strong knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented programming. Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Understanding of REST APIs, backend development, and database management. Familiarity with SQL, PostgreSQL, and Git. Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development life cycle (SDLC).Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
