Warehouse Material Handler | Inventory Control | $22/hr + Shift Differentials
Location: Beverly, MA
Schedule + Pay
1st Shift: $22.00/hr
2nd Shift: $24.20/hr (+10%)
3rd Shift: $25.30/hr (+15%)
Join a growing, climate-controlled distribution team as a Material Handler / Inventory Associate. This position combines warehouse operations with inventory control responsibilities, including cycle counting, material tracking, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy. We're especially interested in candidates who have worked with ERP systems, RF handheld scanners, Vertical Lift Modules (VLM), inventory audits, cycle counting, receiving, shipping, or warehouse management systems (WMS). Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
Experience with ERP systems, handheld scanners, VLM systems, or inventory auditing processes strongly preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance)
Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking
Strong attention to detail and organization
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance
Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy
Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling systems
Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and material tracking (including receipts, cycle counts, and outbound material) to maintain accurate stock levels
Utilize warehouse technologies such as ERP systems, handheld scanners, or VLM equipment where applicable
