Reporting to the Known Consumer Marketing Operations Lead, this is a critical role that supports CRM efforts. This role is responsible for the execution of marketing, triggered, and transactional emails across all of Clorox’s brands, including Burt’s Bees, Brita, Kingsford Charcoal, Hidden Valley Ranch, Fresh Step, and Glad. We’re looking for an Email Operations Associate who is a confident, organized, curious, and a technical self-starter. As part of the email operations team, the Known Consumer Marketing Operations Associate will collaborate with marketers, analysts, and creative to deploy error-free email on-time. They will participate in all aspects of email campaign development and execute all deployment, from creating tests and trafficking approvals, to final deployment QA. This foundational email production role executes all parts of our ESP email campaigns and is fundamental to drive email retention and effectiveness at Clorox. ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end email campaign production including building email templates in Acoustic and Braze (ESP), implementing dynamic coding, personalizing emails in HTML, querying the database to produce audience lists, email QA, scheduling deployment and doing pre-deployment checksOwn end to end SMS/MMS deployments, including QA and list management.Build, update, and maintain automated customer journeys such as welcome campaigns, loyalty cross-sell, browse abandon, lapsed customer re-engagement campaigns, etc.Make updates as needed, to copy and/or URL links in transactional emails such as Order and Shipping Confirmations, Password Reset, etc.Architect and execute A/B tests in marketing and automated journeys Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or HS degree plus equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in email and digital marketing, with hands-on production including building, testing, and sending marketing and automated customer journeys, A/B testing and audience queries.Experience using Acoustic Marketing Cloud, Attentive, and BrazeFamiliarity with drag and drop email buildersExperience with Jira or other similar online project management toolsExperience with Figma and LitmusProven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple email projects for different brands at various stages of development and executionVery strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsStrong collaborator who works well with others and values their inputDemonstrates the ability to both think strategically and act tactically by using analytical skills to identify benchmarks and help establish metrics that ensure optimization of process and campaignsBasic understanding of html/coding conceptsWe are committed to fair and equitable pay and are transparent with current and future teammates about our full hour pay ranges for this position.The expected hourly rate pay range for this position is $55-$60 per hour.
