You’ll be embedded in customer operations, influencing outcomes, solving complex problems, and directly contributing to revenue through service, upgrades, and parts solutions.This role will pay a salary range of $80,000.00 to $100,000.00ResponsibilitiesLead on-site engagements across warehouse and operational environments, diagnosing issues and driving immediate resolutionAct as the face of technical expertise, advising stakeholders, influencing decisions, and elevating customer performanceIdentify and capture revenue opportunities through parts, upgrades, and service recommendationsDeliver high-quality training and ensure adoption of best practices across client teamsPartner with internal engineering and support teams to influence product evolution based on real-world insightsQualificationsTechnical degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or equivalent experience2+ years in technical field service, sales engineering, or equipment training.Proven track record in field service, technical consulting, or sales engineering with measurable impactStrong mechanical and systems intuition, especially within industrial or battery-powered equipmentCommercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities beyond break/fix workConfident communicator who can command a room and build trust quicklyHighly independent operator who performs at a high level with minimal oversightFor immediate consideration, please email your resume to Ryan at
