This company supports a strong pipeline of ground-up commercial projects and is continuing to grow, creating an opportunity for a high-impact scheduling professional to join the team.Role Summary:The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules across multiple commercial construction projects. This individual will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to ensure timelines are accurate, risks are identified early, and projects stay on track.The ideal candidate comes from a General Contractor (GC) background and has experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects.Project Type:Commercial Construction - Ground-Up & Large-Scale ProjectsJob Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from preconstruction through closeoutCollaborate with project teams to establish sequencing, durations, and resource planningIdentify schedule risks, delays, and conflicts, and provide mitigation strategiesPerform schedule updates, progress tracking, and reportingSupport project teams with look-ahead schedules and recovery plansAnalyze critical path and provide recommendations to improve project performanceCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership to ensure alignmentAssist in standardizing scheduling practices across projectsQualifications / Requirements:5+ years of scheduling experience in commercial constructionExperience working for a General Contractor (GC)Strong experience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and ProcoreExperience supporting large-scale or complex commercial projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling best practicesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple project schedules simultaneouslyAbility to pass background check and drug screenEligibility to work in the U.S.Legal & EEO Language:Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Your Right to Work:In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.INDLP
