If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, we will provide the hands-on training you need to become an expert in the field.What You'll DoAs a member of our service team, you will travel to various sites to ensure the reliability of the power grid.Specialized Service: Assist in the maintenance, testing, and servicing of critical infrastructure, including power transformers and switchgear.On-the-Job Training: Work alongside senior technicians to learn complex electrical systems and equipment.Field Operations: Represent the company at client sites across the country, ensuring professional service delivery.Travel & ScheduleRoad Warriors Wanted: This role requires 75% travel.The Routine: Most assignments depart Monday and return Friday. Occasional multi-week projects may be required based on project scope.Work Environment: You will be working in active construction and industrial environments.What We're Looking ForAttitude Over Experience: No prior industry experience is required; we hire for character and train for skill.Physical Capability: Ability to handle the physical demands of a construction-style environment.Professionalism: A clean, professional demeanor is essential for this customer-facing role.Team Player: You must be able to collaborate effectively within a tight-knit service crew.Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's License and be fluent in English (Spanish is a major plus!).Compensation & BenefitsStarting Rate: $25/hour (Final rate commensurate with experience).Flexible Roles:Full-Time: Consistent schedule and steady income.Part-Time: Eligible for Overtime (OT) pay.Travel Perks: All travel expenses are covered, plus a daily per diem for meals.Company DescriptionDQ Power Equipment is a growing service company that services equipment for power energy sector, such as utilities, industry, renewable energy.
