Job Title: Power Platform ArchitectLocation: Plano, TX - OnsiteDuration: 12+ MonthsSummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Architect with 14+ years of overall IT experience to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, establish governance and best practices, and work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance low-code solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own end-to-end architecture for Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.Design scalable enterprise solutions integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.Establish Power Platform governance, security, ALM, and environment strategies.Lead solution design sessions and translate complex business requirements into technical architecture.Architect Dataverse data models, security roles, and data lifecycle strategies.Implement enterprise-grade CI/CD and ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.Oversee performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of Power Platform solutions.Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.Mentor developers and establish development standards and best practices.Collaborate with cloud, data, and enterprise architecture teams.Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications14+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in Microsoft Power Platform.Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.Strong experience integrating Power Platform with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).Expertise in security model design, governance frameworks, and environment management.Experience with ALM, CI/CD, and source control (Azure DevOps, GitHub).Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and identity management. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
