As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with senior attorneys and partners to provide top-quality legal services to our clients. Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in court, including depositions, hearings, and trials.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop legal strategies and arguments.Manage multiple cases and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.Qualifications:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolIn good standing with the CA barStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Benefits:Platinum PPO medical insurance (full premium paid)Dental & vision insurance (full premium paid)401k after 1 year; 4% 401k matchPaid time off (PTO)Sick time offHoliday payBonus pay
