Senior Mechanical Engineer

Senior Mechanical Engineer Looking for an experienced mechanical engineer to focus on the design and development of electro-mechanical systems. This is a full-time onsite role in Tampa, FL (not remote or hybrid).We are seeking someone who can lead mechanical design work from concept through production, collaborate closely with manufacturing teams, and solve complex engineering challenges.Looking for someone who will:Design and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productionUse SolidWorks for design and system integrationPerform and support FEA analysisCreate and maintain engineering drawings and BOMs to ASME Y14.100 / MIL-STD-31000 standardsSupport manufacturing troubleshooting and root cause analysisWork closely with engineers, suppliers, and production teamsSkillset required:BS in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years’ experience, or equivalent technical/military background with 15+ years’ experienceStrong SolidWorks and 2D CAD experience (required)Experience with mechanical system design and manufacturing supportStrong problem-solving and communication skillsEligibility to obtain a U.S. Security ClearanceAbility to travel up to 20%What’s offered:Competitive salary based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k)PTO
