As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. Job Description: As the Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and account expansion for our final mile delivery services. This includes: Identifying and qualifying new prospective clients in target industries and verticals Crafting and presenting compelling sales proposals that highlight our service capabilities and value proposition Negotiating contract terms and closing new business deals Managing and growing relationships with existing clients to drive increased order volumes and additional service offerings Collaborating cross-functionally with our operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless client experiences Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas and targets Requirements: 7+ years of demonstrated success in a senior B2B sales role, ideally within the logistics/transportation or final mile delivery industry Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong business acumen and ability to understand client challenges and objectives Consultative selling approach with ability to position services as strategic solutions Familiarity with the Long Island and New York metro market landscape and buyer personas Proficient with CRM tools and sales productivity software Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant certifications preferred Compensation: Competitive hourly rate Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO Company car or vehicle allowance Opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.
