In this role, you will be a key on‑site IT support professional, providing hands‑on and remote assistance across workstations, mobile devices, conference rooms, and office technology.This is a highly visible, customer‑facing position ideal for someone who thrives in an in‑office environment, enjoys solving technical problems, and takes pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality IT support.This opportunity is open to individuals located in the Chicago, IL and surrounding areas.The project hours of operations will be Monday – Friday, in which candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CentralTime.Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BCforward, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.Key ResponsibilitiesCore DutiesLog, track, and resolve service requests and incidents using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and accurate updates.Provide in person and remote technical support for end users, including Windows 11, MacOS, and mobile devices (iOS and Android).Deploy, image, and reimage laptops and workstations using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune, following standard procedures.Support Microsoft Teams meetings and conference room technology, ensuring smooth collaboration experiences.Deliverables or Project ScopeResolved desktop, workstation, and mobile device support tickets that meet defined service levels and customer satisfaction standards. Accurate inventory management and asset tracking, including preparation, packaging, and shipment of laptops and accessories.Cleaned, sanitized, and deployment ready IT equipment maintained to established hygiene and operational standards.Consistent on site IT support coverage for office users, meetings, and shared technology spaces in the Chicago location.Collaboration Tools or PlatformsMicrosoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications, for communication and productivity.ServiceNow for incident management, service requests, and tracking.Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications, for communication and productivity.
