Site reliability Engineer

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)3 days onsite 2 days remotelook for nearby CandidatesMust have Skills:Need SRE mindsetPreferred coming from development backgroundAWSSplunkApp Dynamics (good Monitoring background )Job responsibilities• Troubleshoot technical issues (Java/J2EE, .Net, Cloud etc) or escalate and work with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions.• Monitor infrastructure, servers, databases, distributed batch jobs.• End to end view of issues for objectivity• Support Sustained Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability events.• Coordination and communications during critical outage situations• Single voice for our line of business and for cross line of business incidents• Influence senior technology leads across organizations to ensure timely resolution of incidentsRequired skills• Experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services• Demonstrated knowledge of applications (distributed, Mainframe, Middleware) or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud• Troubleshoot technical issues (Java/J2EE, .Net, or Cloud) and escalate and work with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions• Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
