Technical Leadership and Architecture: Lead architectural decisions and technical direction across the full technology stack Design and implement scalable end-to-end solutions Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices for both frontend and backend Architect database schemas and API designs Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews Drive continuous improvement in our development processes Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements Development and Implementation: Build complex features across the entire stack Implement robust frontend state management solutions Design and optimize REST APIs and database queries Develop scalable backend services Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Implement security best practices Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
