Assistant Corrugated Flexo Folder Gluer Operator

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Flexo Folder Gluer Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corrugated packaging, excellent mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety. This is a full-time position and is a critical role that ensures the efficient operation of our Flexo Folder Gluer machines while meeting production goals and maintaining product standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate Flexo Folder Gluer machines to produce corrugated products per job specifications Configure print plates, inks, cutting dies, folding guides, glue systems, and stackers Monitor production output to ensure boxes meet quality and company standards Conduct regular inspections and verify final product integrity Identify and correct defects in real time to minimize waste and downtime Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams as needed Meet or exceed daily production targets Optimize machine speed and minimize waste through efficient operation and quick changeovers Record production data accurately for each job Follow all plant safety rules and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse team Qualifications 3+ years of experience operating Flexo Folder Gluer equipment in a corrugated manufacturing facility (Preferred) Bilingual-English & Spanish (Preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills (Preferred) Ability to read job orders, drawings and utilize company job order tracking software Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Language: Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
