Job: Project Manager -- Healthcare Payer Data MigrationLocation: NYC - 2-3 Days work from Office in NYCIndustry: Healthcare- Payer is highly preferred Experience: 10+ yearsWe’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major data migration initiative for a Healthcare client within the Payer industry. The PM will oversee day‑to‑day coordination across internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of multi‑stream data extraction, file transfers, and platform migration activities. Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle project management using Waterfall methodologyManage daily project activities, dependencies, risks, and communicationsCoordinate with data, engineering, QA, operations, and external vendorsOversee data-related workstreams: extraction, mapping, validation, and transfersMaintain project governance: plans, RAID logs, reporting, change controlUtilize tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms ExperienceHealthcare payer or claims operations (nice to have, not required)Familiarity with Snowflake, MuleSoft, Salesforce, and AWS (beneficial)Exposure to Six Sigma (nice to have) and PMO process improvements What We’re Looking ForStrong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent stakeholder managementHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in complex data environmentsAbility to lead cross‑functional teams and vendor partners.If you are interested in applying for this position,Please share me your updated resume for further conversation.Mail me here: Arun.bijwe@talentola.com
