This Associate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, including deal evaluation, transaction execution, and portfolio company support within the middle market.This role offers direct exposure to senior investment professionals and company management teams and is well suited for an Associate seeking meaningful responsibility and long-term growth in private equity. The Associate will contribute to underwriting investments, leading workstreams during transactions, and supporting value creation initiatives across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and maintenance of detailed financial models, including operating models, LBOs, and return analysesConduct in-depth industry, market, and company research to inform investment decisionsTake ownership of key diligence workstreams across financial, commercial, and operational due diligencePrepare and present investment committee materials, including investment memoranda and presentation decksSupport and help drive transaction execution, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisorsWork closely with management teams to monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiativesAssist in evaluating and executing add-on acquisitions and other value creation opportunitiesContribute to business development efforts through market mapping, sourcing support, and relationship trackingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2-4 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or a related field Strong financial modeling and valuation skillset, with prior transaction experience preferredSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple workstreams and take ownership in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
