Job Description MiSpace, Inc. is Hiring a Part time Direct Support Professionals for a male site in Reynoldsburg, OHHOURS: Friday- mid-7 a,11pm- midSaturday- 12-8a, 4p-mid OSOC HOURS are 10p-6a- $11 an hr RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist clients with daily living activities which may include hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shoppingAssist clients with attending medical and personal appointmentsAssist clients with taking medication as determined by their assessmentAssist with attending community activities and social eventsMaintain a healthy and comfortable living environmentFollow client Ohio Individual Service Plan and complete documentation required by FCBDD and DODD.Report information to team members and medical professionals in a professional mannerEnsure health and safety needs are metAttend team meetings as requested​​Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience in personal care or other related fields preferredAbility to pass background checks and drug testingMust have own, reliable transportation, good driving record (no more than 5 points), valid driver's license and insurance.Medication Administration Training, CPR & First Aid.Ability to build rapport with clientsAbility to work with a team of coworkers, supervisors, professionalsClear boundaries and sound judgement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
