Become a maker of possible with us. Duties And ResponsibilitiesAre you passionate about a career in engineering? The Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) consists of three one-year rotations that provide a wide variety of work assignments in medical manufacturing and technology. MDP engineers will gain cross functional exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design.Each year, MDP engineers relocate to a new U.S. location, allowing for a diverse experience with new products, processes, and people! To facilitate MDP associates’ rotation through three locations in three years, relocation support will be provided to those who qualify. Previous rotations include San Diego CA, Canaan CT, Columbus NE, Franklin Lakes NJ, Sandy UT, Covington, GA, and Sumter SC.Required QualificationsNew engineering graduates with a B.S. or M.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical, Chemical or equivalent engineering degreeGraduating between December 2026 and June 2027Strong desire for a career in manufacturingMust be willing and able to relocate three times in three yearsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to durationPreferred QualificationsExposure to working with a cross functional team (Capstone Projects)Prior internship/co-op in engineeringProven leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAn ability to adapt quickly to new environmentsPassion for philanthropic outreach/community relationsIn order to qualify for this position, applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
