General Maintenance Worker
As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a key role in the upkeep of our production facility. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems to ensure facilities are tidy and functional. You will perform building surveys, cleaning activities, and preventative maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and maintaining production washers. Your eye for detail, excellent follow through, and technical knowledge will make you excel in this position. Responsibilities: Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, etc.Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issuesInstall appliances and equipmentPerform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, and janitorial, etc.Perform garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash, and ensuring the exterior of our building is clean and tidyConduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, changing filters, etc.Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (i.e.: replace pumps)Check functionality of safety systems, such as fire alarmsCollaborate with workers and other professionals during renovationsReport to facilities or maintenance manager for issuesFollow directions from team leads, supervisors and managersMaintain a safe, clean and organized work environmentAdhere to all safety rules, have great attendance and give it your all very dayEmbrace ETE Reman's Core Values Company Expectations: 100% Team work - possess a positive attitude, approach work with the intent and motivation of always helping fellow coworkers.
