The resort is near numerous recreational opportunities amidst natural beauty.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Midpines, CA near Yosemite National Park. The General Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the resort, including managing administration, restaurant menus and ordering, and groups. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating departmental teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operations. The role also involves, staff hiring and training, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards. We can train the right person.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and organizational skillsExperience in hospitality management, including overseeing accommodations, food services, and spa operationsExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilities and experience in handling guest and employee concerns effectivelyProficiency in using relevant hospitality and property management software. Soem of which need reviewed and changed.Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standardsBachelor's degree preferredPassion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a nature-focused settingFood and Beverage and Property Management background is required.
