Seeking Candidates that are looking for a CAREER with upward management potential, not a JOB!We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CNC programming and a strong background in machining processes.What You Will DoThe CNC Programmer/Machinist will create and generate CNC programs for assigned product lines using CAD/CAM software. Macro programming will be required in some instances.Detailed understanding of blueprints including such aspects as geometric & dimensional tolerances, notes, revisions, specification references and surface finish requirements.Detailed knowledge of measuring and inspection equipment. Develop ways to inspect parts more efficiently.Familiarity with different raw materials including aluminum, copper alloys, stainless steels, titanium, plastics and efficient ways of machining each of them.Makes appropriate changes in cutting tools, work holding and CNC programs when dictated by engineering drawing changes.Who You Are10 years of CNC Machine Programming experience – must be a machining expertWorking in a Medical Device or Aerospace industriesSuperior knowledge of programming in PartMaker software and/or MasterCam 5 AxisStrong Quality Control skillsStrong knowledge of GD&TPreferred:Experience programming Star Swiss Machines / Mazak 5 Axis MachinesWorking in a 13485 ISO 90011 Anvisa EnvironmentProducing Spinal Orthopedic ImplantsSkills and CompetenciesSuperior knowledge of programming Swiss style lathes and/or Mazak Mills using PartMaker, Mastercam, or similar softwareExperience:CNC: 5 years (Required)CNC programming: 5 years (Required)CAM programming: 5 years (Required)
