Role Description Rush Logistics Inc. is seeking a commission based Salesperson to join our team in the Eagleford. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales goals, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, presenting solutions to clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires proactive outreach, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and building relationships.Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, developing effective strategies, and presenting solutions to meet client needs.Experience in customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and problem-solving.Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of excelling in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Familiarity with the trucking or logistics industry is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
