This role assists in journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting. The position contributes to maintaining compliance with accounting policies, supports internal and external audit requirements, and partners with finance teams to uphold effective and efficient record-to-report processes.ResponsibilitiesPrepare journal entries while maintaining the general ledger to meet monthly and quarterly close deadlinesPerform account reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepanciesCollaborate with finance teams to gather, review, and validate financial data for statutory and management reportingAssist in implementing new accounting standards or regulatory changes as directed by managementSupport internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and responding to auditor inquiriesAdhere to accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements to ensure compliance and data integrityPartner with the Global Process Owner and Shared Services teams to identify and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and standardizationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum of 1–3+ years of relevant accounting experience
