Job Description Casa Bake is a small artisanal French bakery looking for a motivated and reliable Baker Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about pastry and baking, with strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.ScheduleTuesday to Saturday: 4:45 AM – 12:00 PMSunday: 4:45 AM – 10:00 AMFull TimeMain ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Baking fresh pastries and viennoiseries in the morningPreparing and setting up the pastry displayFilling pastries and preparing daily productsAssisting with croissant production and shapingPreparing brioche productsAssisting with quiche production and preparationHelping with daily production and organizationMaintaining cleanliness and food safety standardsSupporting the team with prep and bakery operations as neededQualificationsPrevious bakery or pastry experience preferredAbility to work early morning shiftsOrganized and able to manage time efficientlyAttention to detail and consistencyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for artisanal baking and pastryWe are a small artisanal bakery focused on quality rather than large-scale factory production.
