Warehouse Supervisor

Operations & Personnel Supervise, schedule, and manage shop personnel to support field and rig operations Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and enforce operational standards Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and field supervisors to meet job requirements Inventory & Equipment Control Manage inventory levels of tools, equipment, and consumables used in oilfield operations Oversee equipment check-in and check-out, ensuring proper documentation and accountability Verify equipment condition, certification status, and readiness prior to field deployment Maintain and file Certificates of Compliance (COCs) and ensure all equipment meets regulatory and customer requirements Conducting field and shop inventory when needed Job Preparation & Documentation Stage jobs by preparing, inspecting, and organizing equipment and materials for upcoming field work Enter, update, and close work orders accurately and in a timely manner Maintain equipment, maintenance, and job trackers to ensure real-time visibility and traceability HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Enforce all company, client, and regulatory HSE policies and procedures Ensure shop personnel follow proper PPE requirements and safe work practices Conduct and document safety meetings, JSAs, and toolbox talks as required Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shop environment Identify and correct unsafe conditions, near misses, and non-conformances Coordinate equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure operational safety Shop Standards Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and layout to support safe and efficient operations Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of equipment and materials Support audits, inspections, and client visits as required Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in an oilfield shop, yard, or service company environment preferred Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on inventory management experience in an oilfield, industrial, or warehouse setting Strong understanding of oilfield equipment, operations, and safety requirements Working knowledge of HSE regulations, including OSHA and client-specific standards Experience with inventory systems, equipment trackers, and work order software Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
