Scrum Master - Senior Clearance- TS/SCI w/ FSP Location: Chantilly Salary: $175k-$181k The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions. This program requires US Citizenship Description: Lead a team to success in delivering working software products through an incremental approach. Goal is to lead the team, remove impediments, and champion the SAFe methodology. Support the team during Program Increment Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retros. Implement and continually improve SAFe Agile practices. Proactively seek opportunities to use process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to facilitate improvements to team processes. Facilitate positive team dynamics to help maximize team performance. Identify and remove impediments to help protect the team from outside influences. Facilitate the Scrum Team's day-to-day activitiesServant leader to help maximize team efficiency by resolving impedimentsHelp the Product Owner prepare the backlog, improve velocity, and ensure important Scrum artifacts are preparedMaintain project metrics, milestones, and deliverablesHelp the Team adopt agile methodology and leads process improvements QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: TS/SCI with Polygraph is requiredBachelors and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degreeDemonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in ITDemonstrated experience leading Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, PI Planning, and RetrosScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP, or SAFe)1 year Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experienceSoftware development management tools including JIRAExperience on a Team developing software in the Federal Government (you do not need to be a developer) ABBTECH is an EOE/Minorities/Women/Disabled Individuals/Veterans
