Compliance Specialist - Affordable HousingLocation: New York City Compensation: Up to $93K + bonus OverviewOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support affordable housing operations and ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations and program requirements. This role will focus on resident recertifications, file reviews, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with property management teams and housing agencies.
