Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid eligibility regulations, and medical terminology.What You'll Do As a Admissions CoordinatorSearch out qualified leads from a variety of referral sources.Receive and respond promptly to calls and inquires from prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, as well as from campus staff to coordinate transfers.Show living units and campus to prospective residents, families, and guests.Oversee and facilitate the application process for new residents at MCHR and HS, conducting interviews with residents/guardians and obtaining information and signatures necessary for admission.Facilitate the move-in process for MCHR, HS, and discharge process.Compile, review, and report census and sales/referral efforts.Serve as a representative of the campus to greet and tour interested individuals, or speak about the campus and services offered.Work with marketing staff to plan, coordinate, and participate in various campus, community, and fraternal events to help market the campus.
