Identify additional opportunities and new projects to help the customers business objectives.Engage in day-to-day direct communications with clients.Collaborate with Client, Pre-Sales and Technical teams to develop resource and budget forecasts for client engagements.Consolidate status reports across multiple ongoing projects into a program/portfolio view for consumption by senior stakeholders and internal team members.Participate in presentations to share relevant project documentation to clients when required, in collaboration with account team members.Attend retrospectives in order to develop insights for continuous improvement.Assist in developing case studies of completed projects, and assess if any of the capabilities delivered can be accelerated in the future by building products or accelerators.Oversee project milestones and deliverables.Provide oversight on ensuring adherence to quality standards.Provide business direction to the technical teams using deep knowledge of the customer’s business.Monitor overruns, problem management, and ensuring process improvements through the project life-cycle; and Coordinate with third party teams / partners as part of project work and Coordinate with vendors and strategic partners to ensure business and technology roadmap for the customer is in alignment. Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field plus five (5) years of experience in any occupation which requires the below required experience/ skills.Required Experience/Skills:5 years of Project Management experience managing projects involving enterprise-wide implementations which includes experience in at least 2 of the following verticals: pharmaceutical distribution, retail/e-commerce, or manufacturing, utilizing a deep understanding of business operations and supply chain activities.5 years of experience with agile project management methodologies which includes a minimum of 3 years' experience using Microsoft Project and a minimum of 1 year experience with Jira, Trello, Asana or other Kanban board.Must have proven track record in managing multi-year projects and/or programs; 3 years of experience utilizing leadership and managerial skills, working with diverse teams across multiple geographies.Must be proficient in remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Slack.2 years' experience working in WooCommerce platform.2 years’ experience with Application Development or Application Modernization. Must have PMP certification. May work from home within commuting distance of office.
